At Murad, we stand behind our high-performance formulas and want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any product within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the return slip is included inside and the prepaid label is attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.
